PAYMENT AND DELIVERY:

Payments can be made with VisaDankort, VISA, and Mastercard.

Immediately after completing your purchase, you will receive an invoice via email at the address you provided. We do not store your card numbers, expiration dates, or security codes.

Digital products are delivered immediately after purchase via email or by providing access credentials to a closed forum. The digital product acces will be sent to the email address you entered during checkout.

RETURN POLICY:

Purchases of online products, webinars, and other digital events from Botanical Print Alchemie are not covered by the right of withdrawal, as stipulated by EU regulations and the Danish Consumer Contracts Act.

Specifically, under EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, digital products and services are exempt from the right of withdrawal. This means that, as a general rule, you cannot return digital products once the purchase has been completed.

COPYRIGHT 

All rights to online courses, including associated images and written materials, belong to Botanical Print Alchemie.

Each purchase grants one license, which provides access for one person per purchased product. All online products are personal and must not be sold, lent, given away, or otherwise distributed.

They must also not be used, in whole or in part, for teaching purposes. Any misuse will result in access to the materials being revoked, and the user being removed from the online forum.

PRICES & FEES:

All prices are listed in Euros and include VAT for private customers both within and outside the EU.

However, customers in the USA and Canada will have VAT added to the course price in compliance with local regulations. If you have a valid VAT number, you can enter it during checkout.
